Just an update...

We finished painting Thursday morning and then around 2pm started moving things in our daughters family's home. They had a huge trailer and then the stuff at our home but it went fast and we were basically done with the trailer in a couple of hours. Now they have the task of unpacking!! Carolyn and I went over this morning and unpacked her kitchen things, rearranged the living room a couple of times and worked a bit in the pantry. Doug worked some more on the laundry room addition and we should be done with the wall texturing and then the baseboards sometime soon and then I can lay the tile. I say sometime soon, because our son Jason

became a first time home owner TODAY!! So we will start working on his home tomorrow. Every room in his home needs to be painted, this we knew ahead of time and it's not a surprisse like Carolyns home was. He will have new carpet installed on Tuesday and wah-laa, he'll be out of our home. I'm sad to see him go, but he's ready and he got a good deal on the house. He already has 3 roommates and that will cover the cost of the mortgage and utilities with a little bit left over each month. He's excited. So, I will not be blogging too much the next few days. Just updates on home improvements. Take care, off.
