vaca sunday.... just a little rhyme for today.

It's not always easy to get kids to go to another ward. They never want to go to a class by themselves. I remember how I used to go with Trudy and Carrie into their 'older' classes while visiting Springville ward. It was very difficult for me (or any of us) to go to my own age class, so, I'm a whimpy mom and I don't always make my kids go to all 3 meetings. (However, we have visited Snowflake enough that we make them go to their classes there). We hit Sacrament meeting and then go back to the hotel. But I will say, and only my kids that were there in Oceanside will get this, that the Sacrament meeting we attended was - um - very family oriented. I'll just add that I don't think Allan would have fit on my hips.

We did go down to the beach after our 'chillin' naptime and dinner.

It was dark so I didn't get any pictures that day. But the water was fun and cold!
